Practice Highlights / Qualifications- Full-time post-acute care position
- Round in skilled nursing facilities
- Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and care planning

- New York NP or PA license and DEA required
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, ED, or clinic settings preferred
