WCS Healthcare Partners is excited to invite a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care team in Connecticut. This role offers the chance to build your own patient panel in a patient-centered environment, supported by a seamless integration process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (18+).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain a patient panel, fostering long-term relationships.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
- Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and patient management.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility).
- APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA training.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting.
