Join a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing high-quality adult medical care. We are seeking a skilled physician to join our team in either Milford or West Haven. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult medical care to a diverse patient population.
- Maintain a patient daily baseline of 16 patients per day or 80 patients per week.
- Choose between a 5-day work week with 8-hour shifts or a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts.
- Participate in on-call duties once every 12 weeks, including a 3-hour Saturday morning shift.
- Work from one or two clinic locations, with flexible scheduling based on location preferences.
- Conduct patient visits, with the option to double book or include telehealth and chronic care management (CCM) visits.
- Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant responsible for pre-authorization, vitals, and other support tasks.
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with a focus on adult medicine.
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient panel effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records, preferably EClinical Works.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
