- Group practice setting with a collegial team eager to provide mentorship and support
- Financially strong health system with local, long-tenured leadership
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient practice
- EPIC EMR system with AI functionality across all settings
- Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (achieved by only 5% of hospitals nationwide)
- Monday Äì Friday with flexible scheduling
- 25 clinic patients per day
- Call rotation: 1:4
