Assignment Details- Start Date: ASAP
- Coverage: Intermittent through September
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Hospital
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - Night Call: 5:00 PM-8:00 AM (as scheduled) - Weekend Call: 24-hour beeper call- Patient Volume: Approximately 12 patients/day
- Call Back: Typically 0-2 hours
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 30-60 days (Temporary Privileges Available)

- Approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient
Requirements- Board Certified Interventional Radiologist
- BLS & ACLS
- DEA
- Ohio license preferred
- Minimum 2 years of post-training experience
