Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.

You'll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and providing patients with personalized treatment plans that improve lives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
  • Participate in collaborative treatment planning
  • Learn and support innovative treatment modalities, including TMS and SPRAVATO , as appropriate

Who We're Looking For

We welcome both new graduate and experienced PMHNPs.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Commitment to evidence-based psychiatric treatment
  • Desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Work Schedule

To ensure a successful onboarding experience and strong clinical collaboration:

  • First 90 Days: Onsite Monday Friday
  • After Successful Onboarding: Transition to a hybrid schedule of 2 3 onsite days per week, based on clinical needs and provider performance
