Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Job Type: Full-Time
Locations: Bronx, NY & Yonkers, NY
Facility Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Neurology
Responsibilities
Perform neurological evaluations and assessments
Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with Neurologists
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Provide continuity of care and patient education
Qualifications
Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active NP or PA License
National Certification required
Knowledge of stroke protocols
Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Orthopedic experience preferred
