Our client in Louisiana is actively seeking a skilled Dentist for a short-term 5-day assignment, beginning on Aug 24, 2026. This full-time locum tenens opportunity requires a dedicated professional to manage a varied patient caseload throughout weekdays, primarily focusing on performing critical dental procedures including surgical extractions, comprehensive denture steps, and detailed treatment planning.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform surgical extractions, encompassing simple, surgical, and full mouth procedures.
- Execute all steps involved in denture procedures.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Manage a daily patient load averaging 8-12 new patients and 12-15 established patients.
- Adhere to a Monday and Wednesday schedule from 7:30am-5:30pm with a 12:30pm-1:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am-3:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am-12:30pm.
