We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive health screenings, wellness exams, and routine physicals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-focused care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active medical license.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.
