Practice & Cases
- Outpatient adult hematology and oncology
- Approximately 60 percent hematology and 40 percent solid tumor cases
- Patient mix is approximately 20 percent new visits and 80 percent follow-ups
- Daily APP coverage and oncology-trained RNs for infusion services
Schedule
- Three days per week preferred
- Daytime clinic coverage
- Alternating one- or two-week blocks can be considered
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Kentucky license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
- BLS and DEA required
