Required Qualifications- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown RN experience required
- Experience caring for cardiac and respiratory patients required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a 4:1 PCU patient assignment in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Required Certifications- BLS (Basic Life Support/CPR) - required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - required
