Unit Information:

• Number of Beds:17
• Patient Ratios: acuity adaptable from 1:1 to 1:4 for combined acuity
• Equipment: vents, IV pumps, CRRT, Bipap, ekos, chest tubes, etc
• EMR: Epic

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: NIH, ACLS, cardiac rhythm knowledge (must pass facility test with 90%), critical care experience

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: step down/progressive care/ TCAR or TNCC

• Type of Patients on Unit: neuro/trama/ medical ICU, stepdown progressive care, medical overflow

• Personality Fit: hard worker, punctual and reliable, outgoing

• Scrub Color: Navy blue
• Any unacceptable attire: no sweat shirt/facial piercings must be out or flesh colored
