We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
- Work alongside specialized team members.
- Work PRN at the sister hospital - St. Bernardine Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Full-time is 180 shifts for the year and follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- Nocturnist hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- No procedural requirements.
- Admissions and cross-covering are the main responsibilities.
- Open ICU with specialty support.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $353,000 to $400,000.
