This role offers a dynamic blend of outpatient care, newborn coverage, and procedural work , making it ideal for physicians who enjoy full-spectrum family medicine in a collaborative environment.
Role Overview Provide comprehensive care to patients across all life stages from newborns to geriatrics while working alongside a supportive team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
You ll also play a key role in newborn care and deliveries , ensuring continuity of care from birth onward.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform in-office procedures and physical exams
- Attend deliveries and provide newborn assessments
- Participate in rotating call for pediatric/newborn care
- Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support care quality initiatives and clinical programs
- Provide cross-coverage as needed
Qualifications Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Montana medical license (or ability to obtain)
- NRP certification
Preferred:
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Physical Requirements - Ability to assist patients (lifting up to 100 lbs)
- Routine light lifting (up to 10 lbs)
- Comfort working in clinical environments with standard exposures
