We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care with strong clinical support, predictable hours, and a focus on preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships.

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients across all ages. The role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a well-supported clinical environment.

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family populations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
• Manage a patient volume of patients per day
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle, and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Monday Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (10-hour shift option available)
• 100% outpatient setting
• No call, no weekends

• Salary: $228,000 $350,000 annually
