• 12/21/2026 - 12/30/2026: Holiday call 12/24-12/27
PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults and surgical patients
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 10-15 patients
• Case Mix: Inpatient, OB, epidurals, general anesthesia, and scheduled surgeries
• Additional Duties: May involve CRNA supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• License: New York license in hand required
• Board: Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible considered
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Certification Format: AHA or RQI certifications accepted
• EMR: Epic experience required
• Experience: Rural/critical access experience preferred
• Residents/Fellows: Not accepted
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide anesthesia services for inpatient and surgical cases
• Provide OB anesthesia and epidural services
• Perform general anesthesia for scheduled procedures
• Provide anesthesia coverage in a rural, critical access setting
• Supervise CRNAs when applicable
• Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage
• Document patient care and anesthesia services in Epic
