Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key internal and external partnerships to support the launch of a new care facility.
- Oversee all clinical operations and educational initiatives, ensuring proper supervision of licensed providers (PAs, NPs).
- Mentor and instruct medical trainees through clinical and classroom learning.
- Develop and evaluate educational frameworks to meet regulatory standards.
- Provide direct patient care at least 32 hours weekly (40 hours total including administration).
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver specialized care for patients with physical or cognitive impairments.
- Ensure continuity of care and effective chronic disease management.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of clinical experience.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Valid DEA Registration Certificate.
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Valid Pennsylvania Medical License.
