Full-time coverage position requiring a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum of 36 hours per weekAt least two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, client may honor every other week scheduleShift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules of 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM - 7:00 PMCare Team Model with 4:1 support staff ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply managementPatient population includes ages 12 and olderTertiary facility, Level III practice settingEMR system: EpicCRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinalsBeeper call available on some Saturdays (not required); 8-hour weeknight call availableOccasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends welcomed but not requiredMust reside 50 or more miles from facility to be consideredMN is not a compact state; MN licensure requiredLicensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing requiredRegistered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing requiredACLS/BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hireMinimum of 1 year of experience requiredSkills checklist required at time of submissionFacility:
