Job description

  • In need of EM coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps.
  • Current schedule is 2 providers per 24 hours working 12 hour shifts.
  • Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10a-10p.
Details :
  • 1.5-2 patients per hour on average12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours
  • EMR - Meditech
  • Must be comfortable with all ages. A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year.
  • The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state.
  • Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation).
  • Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital.
  • Mid-levels work 12 hours a day 10-10p. On Mondays, they have 2 APPs due to higher census.
