General Description
Surgical time scheduled in AM. Office scheduled PM. Rounding and oversight of post ops in ICU. Aprox 2-5 pts admitted at one time.
Surgeon will take calls from Cath Lab/INPT/ER & complete CABG/AVR urgent procedures if needed. Cardiologist may call from Cath Lab asking to reviewing films
- We need a provider who can cover October 8(7am) October 12(7am). Please only submit a provider who can cover All of the dates. No partial coverage please.
TAVR experience mandatory.
There may be some future dates in 2026 and 2027 but that schedule is not final yet. lean background
Active DEA preferre
Candidate Requirements- Active IN State License.
- Board Status: Board Certified.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
