What You ll Do: - Provide primary and preventive family health services within scope of practice and privileges
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, including acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct examinations, screenings, and immunizations
- Recognize emergencies, administer immediate treatment, and refer complex cases
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide immunizations following protocols
- Promote health education, preventive medicine, and patient self-management techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
What You Need: - Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license
- NCCPA certification
- Clinical experience meeting service-specific competency requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
