We are seeking a dentist (DMD/DDS) for a locum tenens opportunity in Rockford, IL. This position allows a dental professional to practice comprehensive general dentistry supported by a collaborative clinical team and a consistent patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps including digital dentures, crown and bridge work, and comprehensive care, and values working within a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope
- Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
- Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Requirements
- Active Illinois dental license
- Active DEA with all schedules
- CSR if required by the state
- Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
