Gastroenterology Physician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team of Gastroenterologists. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on providing top-notch patient care. The successful candidate will engage in both outpatient and inpatient services, with a primary emphasis on outpatient care. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about General Gastroenterology and who possess or are interested in developing sub-specialty expertise in areas such as Advanced Endoscopy, Motility, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Responsibilities

• Engage in both outpatient and inpatient work, with a primary focus on outpatient care.
• Dedicate at least 50% of the workload to General Gastroenterology.
• Collaborate with a team of Gastroenterologists, participating in a cross-call coverage system of 1:15.
• Conduct inpatient work at a single hospital to streamline operations.
• Contribute to and support the development of sub-specialty areas such as Advanced Endoscopy, Motility, and IBD.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Open to candidates with sub-specialty training and expertise.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to engage in both outpatient and inpatient care.
