• Dates:
  • 9/17/26 9/22/26
• Inpatient 24 hour call
• Skills/Procedures:
  • Physician will primarily be doing CABG. They will not do root or arch work at this facility.
• Case Log Requirement:
  • Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgical procedures in the past 12 months.
• Support Staff:
  • 3 PA s for inpatient (rounding and assistance, 1 st assist in surgical cases)

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years
• Board Certified
• Must have an active Indiana Medical License and DEA
• Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgery procedures in the past 12 months.
