  • Setting: Outpatient, clinic only; no call
  • Days: 3-4 days/week; Tue-Fri preferred (flexible on days)
  • Hours: 8:00a-5:00p or 7:30a-5:30p
  • Timeline: Start 12/1/2026; ongoing
  • Patient volume: 10 encounters per shift
  • Facility: Newly remodeled; 9 infusion chairs; 4 exam rooms
  • Epic EMR
  • Requirements: Active OR license, DEA, Board certified/board-eligible, BLS
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
