Carisk Partners is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible PM&R physician for a remote position focused on the development, review, and oversight of evidence-based care coordination plans for injured workers who have sustained catastrophic work-related injuries.
The Physician works collaboratively with care coordinators, clinical staff, treating providers, and clients to support care planning and recovery across a range of complex injury types and levels of acuity.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and oversee implementation of evidence-based care coordination plans for injured worker patients
- Present care plans to clients and clinical staff
- Communicate with treating providers regarding injured worker patients, including peer-to-peer discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings, as needed
- Participate in active case discussions with the Carisk Clinical Team, as needed
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated care coordinator who supports care planning and coordination

Acuity
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine (BIM) or Spinal Cord Injury Medicine (SCIM)
- Experience in pain management and musculoskeletal medicine
- Interest/experience in artificial intelligence
