Level IV Trauma, low volume emergency department setting12-hour shifts available with start times at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PMNo 24-hour shifts requiredAnnual patient volume of approximately 25,000Staffing mix includes 36 hours of physician coverage daily with single coverage from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM, supplemented by a mix of mid-level providers and physiciansFacility includes 7 treatment rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms, 2 trauma rooms, and 4 observation/admit roomsEmergency medicine trained and board certified preferred; will accept Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians if ABEM certified or have extensive emergency room experienceActive Indiana Medical License, CSR, and DEA requiredTravel expenses coveredExpect 1 to 5 shifts per month depending on needFacility:
