JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology and Hematology
  • Licenses: Active CA License
  • DEA: Active DEA Certification
  • Certifications: ACLS (if moderate sedation required), PALS (for pediatric patients)
  • Other Qualifications: Completed Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services in the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Center.
  • Perform hospital consultations and manage patient admissions in collaboration with ER physicians and hospitalists.
  • Oversee diagnostic workup, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment planning for hematology/oncology patients.
  • Supervise midlevel provider and support staff in patient flow, orders, and infusion treatments.
  • Participate in weekend and night call coverage, providing remote consultation and management.
