Job description

  • Hospital-employed position seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice with two board-certified urologists and mid-level support
  • Salary: Guaranteed and competitive, commensurate with experience; includes a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment
  • Bonus: 100% shared practice profits
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM; time split equally between clinic and OR
  • Call: 7 days per month, with extra pay for additional call
  • Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
  • Facility details: Clinic located within walking distance of the hospital campus; access to physicians lounge with meals provided, 24-hour employee fitness center, and state-of-the-art medical education center with simulation rooms and conference space
