Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
Location: Arizona
Schedule: Part time, 1 to 2 days per week as referenced.
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Provide compensation and pension style disability evaluations.
Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires and medical opinions in the electronic system.
Typical volume referenced as 1 to 8 claimants per day.
Complete documentation within 24 to 48 hours of the exam.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO.
Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or completed required specialty residency training as referenced.
Active medical license in at least one United States state, with willingness to obtain additional licensure as required by the clinic location.
Comfort working independently and strong computer skills.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing and Onboarding
Credentialing timeline varies by site. Typical timeline referenced as about 30 days depending on provider responsiveness.
Training and online modules may be required prior to scheduling.
