Compensation & Incentives
Base salary range: $600,000 - $666,666
$50,000 sign-on bonus or student loan incentive
wRVU-based productivity incentives
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training
Enhanced compensation package
Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

The network operates 12 locations, including major facilities in Fredonia and a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown. Administrative and business support is provided by the local hospital.
