What You ll Do: - Provide emergency medical care to an average of 110 patients per 24 hours
- Manage acute cases across a wide spectrum of medical emergencies
- Collaborate with hospital staff and adhere to protocols
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards
- Participate in team handoffs and provider communication
What You Need: - Valid California medical license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine (within 5 years)
- Active ABEM or ABEOM certification (no ABIM/ABFM)
- Minimum 2 years of recent emergency medicine experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in high-volume environments
