UCHealth Medical Group and the Sleep Medicine group in Longmont are ready to welcome a board-eligible/board-certified sleep medicine physician to their team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be interested in practicing sleep medicine and be focused on excellent patient care. • Join a busy, growing three provider sleep medicine group
• Outpatient-only role focused exclusively on sleep medicine patients
• Flexible work schedule with no call requirements and protected time each week to read sleep studies
• Dedicated DME/CPAP coordinator on site
• Preference given to candidates with fellowship training in Sleep Medicine
• EPIC EMR used system-wide.

• This position offers a competitive compensation package:
• The pay range for this full-time position is $320,000-$355,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
• Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
