UCHealth Medical Group and the Sleep Medicine group in Longmont are ready to welcome a board-eligible/board-certified sleep medicine physician to their team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be interested in practicing sleep medicine and be focused on excellent patient care. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 8/1/2026.

- Join a busy, growing three provider sleep medicine group
- Outpatient-only role focused exclusively on sleep medicine patients
- Flexible work schedule with no call requirements and protected time each week to read sleep studies
- Dedicated DME/CPAP coordinator on site
- Preference given to candidates with fellowship training in Sleep Medicine
- EPIC EMR used system-wide.

- This position offers a competitive compensation package:
- The pay range for this full-time position is $320,000-$355,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
- Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
