Urology Physician

Location: Arizona

Coverage Needed: August 15-19 and November 28-29 (24-hour call, 8:00 AM-8:00 AM)

Low Call Burden: Average callback of only 2-6 hours per day

Practice Setting: Hospital-based Urology with support from 2 permanent physicians and 1 PA

Case Mix: Approximately 20 clinic patients/day with 3-4 OR surgeries per week

Required Procedures: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy (TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy preferred but not required)

EMR: Cerner

Requirements: BC/BE, Arizona license (or IMLC LOQ), DEA, and at least 1 year of experience
