Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: Possible rotate call with 4 other providers

Available support staff: 1 MA per provider
Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): BC
Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process): Active license or IMLC
