• Aug 28, 7:00 AM Aug 31, 7:00 AM: 24-hour call
• Oct 5, 7:00 AM Oct 9, 5:00 PM: Monday Friday (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) + weeknight beeper call

• Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Weeknight beeper call: 4:00 PM 7:00 AM (STEMI call)
• Weekend: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM STEMI call

• Hospital setting
• 74-bed hospital
• Average 15 consults/day
• Average 3 procedures/day
• EMR: Epic

Procedures

• Cardiac catheterizations (Caths)
• TEEs
• Echo reads
• Cardiac windows

Requirements

• Updated CV ( No gaps above 30 days)
• NPDB Self Querry ( Must be pulled within 30 days)
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
• DEA required
• ACLS, BLS

Credentialing

• Approximately 120 days if not already credentialed with WellSpan
• Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file.

Pay on 1099:
Orientation Rate: $100/hr
Hourly Rate: $450/hr
Night call rate: $550/Night
24 hr call Rate: $3500/day
Gratis - 4 hours
Call Back rate: $470/hr

Covering Travel + Lodging + Rentals + Malpractice.
