- -Oversight of a NP
- -Willing and interested in enrolling patients in research studies
- -Call coverage
Coverage Dates: weekly M-F
Practice Setting: Inpatient mostly, some Outpatient coverage for physician vacation
Reason for Coverage: The physician left the practice, relocating
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL: 12-15
Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Pay on 1099:- Orientation Rate - $225/hr
- Hourly Rate - $500/hr
- Holiday Hourly Rate -$600/hr
Submission Requirements- Updated CV ( No gaps above 30 days)
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
- Board Certified - Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
- Active VA License - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
