Occupational Care/ Urgent Care - Washington State

Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 9/30/2026 with potential for extension
Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work:Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active, Unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
Pay Rate Preferred: $140-145/hr
Comments: Need to be DOT certified on the 1st day.
