• Setting: manufacturing facility in Berea, KY
  • Patient ages: 18+ (no dependents, spouses, or children)
  • Primary care setting with chronic condition health management
  • Acute Care visits
    
  • 10-15 ppd or less
• Schedule: Tuesdays 8:30-2pm

Required :

• EPIC experience
• Active KY license

Compensation :

• 1099 contract
• 100% of malpractice insurance covered
