Internal Medicine Physician

• IM BC/BE
• Full-time work
• Monday through Friday
• Seeing mostly patients aged 45-75, but may also see 14 and up
• 18-22 patients per day
• Must have experience and be comfortable with chronic care management and preventative care
• Majority of patients are scheduled appointments
• Open to candidates who require travel and lodging
• Active DEA
