  • Day: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Day 2: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Swing: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 1 APP: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 25,000 annual volume
• EMR: EPIC
• Board Certification: ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM (EM experience required)
• Licensure: Active Louisiana license or willing to obtain Louisiana state license, must have active DEA at time of present
