What You ll Do: - Provide in-house neonatal care at a Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
- Manage critically ill neonates utilizing advanced therapies such as inhaled nitric oxide, HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Care for infants as young as 22 weeks gestational age, including ELGANs
- Support over 450 annual NICU admissions with a daily census of approximately 30 neonates
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Oversee or support smaller units, including Level-IIIA and Level-II NICUs, and well-baby care units
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in regional delivery services
- Contribute to clinical, academic, or research interests within the neonatology specialty
What You Need: - Board Certified or Eligible Neonatologist (must be eligible for MO licensure)
- Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
