What You ll Do
- Administer anesthesia safely for general surgical procedures across pediatric and adult patients
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia
- Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams within a hospital setting
- Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols
- Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation as needed
- Contribute to a schedule of approximately 50 cases daily, rotating among multiple ORs
- Maintain patient safety during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
What You Need
- Active CRNA license in Michigan or eligible for licensing
- Prior anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to work independently within a supervised environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Comfort with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia
