What You ll Do
  • Administer anesthesia safely for general surgical procedures across pediatric and adult patients
  • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia
  • Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams within a hospital setting
  • Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols
  • Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation as needed
  • Contribute to a schedule of approximately 50 cases daily, rotating among multiple ORs
  • Maintain patient safety during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
What You Need
  • Active CRNA license in Michigan or eligible for licensing
  • Prior anesthesia experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently within a supervised environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Comfort with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia
