What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care, including clinic and occasional inpatient call
- Participate in scheduled 10-hour shifts, Monday Thursday
- Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and document encounters accurately
- Be on call 1-2 nights weekly for established patients and participate in shared weekend hospital call for oncology patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Communicate test results promptly and participate in ongoing patient management and follow-up
What You Need
Required: - Active Washington state license or IMLC, BC in Hematology/Oncology, DEA
- Experience with lymphoma and cell therapy is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Preferred: - Prior outpatient Hematology/Oncology experience
- Familiarity with inpatient call responsibilities
About the Assignment
This urgent need at a leading facility in Seattle requires an experienced Hematology/Oncology provider for outpatient clinic coverage starting in October, with the possibility of an earlier start upon licensing. Providers will work four 10-hour shifts weekly, Monday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends. The clinic operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Weekend and weekday call duties are shared among the oncology team, ensuring minimal weekend coverage throughout the year.
