Pay & Benefits - Pay Rate: $245 - $310 per hour (depending on experience and orientation rate)

What You ll Do - Provide medically directed anesthesia care for a busy surgical schedule including all but transplants and pediatric hearts
- Cover a variety of locations: hospital, outpatient centers, and surgical suites
- Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average
- Provide one-on-one patient care in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT scans
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
- Support facility s trauma and outpatient surgical services
What You Need - Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited anesthesia school
- Current MN RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
- NBCRNA certification or eligibility
- CPR, BLS, ACLS certifications
- Prior anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
