Job Opportunity: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Lansing, MI
Join a dynamic healthcare team in Lansing, Michigan, at a state-of-the-art Endoscopy Center. This facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while providing a stable weekday schedule, with no call responsibilities. The CRNA will work independently, administering anesthesia in a fast-paced environment for cases per day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide independent anesthesia coverage at the Endoscopy Center.
- Administer Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) for endoscopy procedures.
- Manage an average of cases per day.
- Perform procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, and combined endon Procedures.
- Collaborate with a team in a dedicated endoscopy environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC documentation system.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Anesthesia (AANA) is required.
- Active State Medical License in Michigan or willingness to obtain one.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Experience in anesthesia administration, particularly in endoscopy settings.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Michigan State License (or the ability to obtain one).
- Board Certification in Anesthesia (AANA).
- Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred.
