What You ll Do
- Provide direct inpatient medical care, including admissions, rounds, and discharges
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and emergency providers
- Coordinate care plans ensuring smooth transitions and timely documentation in EMR
- Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rapid response activities
- Manage ventilator support and participate in clinical rounds and meetings
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
What You Need
- Medical License in good standing (VT preferred or eligible)
- 3+ years of hospitalist or internal medicine experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication and patient care ethic
