What You ll Do
  • Provide direct inpatient medical care, including admissions, rounds, and discharges
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and emergency providers
  • Coordinate care plans ensuring smooth transitions and timely documentation in EMR
  • Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rapid response activities
  • Manage ventilator support and participate in clinical rounds and meetings
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
What You Need
  • Medical License in good standing (VT preferred or eligible)
  • 3+ years of hospitalist or internal medicine experience (preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills and collaboration abilities
  • Excellent communication and patient care ethic
