I m supporting a high acuity Gastroenterology float pool opportunity in Northern California covering both clinic and call across two hospitals. This is an ongoing need with strong support staff, advanced procedural scope, and consistent weekday clinic hours paired with night and weekend call coverage.

SCHEDULE
• Weekday clinic:
7:30a 3:30p or 7:40a 3:40p
• Night call: 5:00p 7:30a/7:40a
• Weekend coverage: 24 hour call
• 30 minute unpaid lunch on weekdays
• Office days may run 8:00a 5:00p with 1 hour lunch
• Provider availability must be included with submission
CASE MIX
• ERCP
• Upper GI endoscopy
• Colonoscopy & sigmoidoscopy
• Esophageal dilation & manometry (including interpretation)
• Small bowel biopsy
• Liver biopsy
• Inpatient and outpatient GI care
• Average patients per shift
DEPARTMENT DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Gastroenterology
• Active California license (required)
• DEA
• FLURO certification
• BLS
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital GI experience
• Case logs required with presentation
• COVID 19 vaccine (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Credentialing timeline per Providence standards
