? Schedule: 6 AM - 4 PM, 12 PM - 10 PM, & 8 PM - 6 AM
? Setting: Community hospital emergency department
? Type of Cases: General EM
? Credentialing: Temps in 30 days, full in 60 days

Minimum Requirements
? Board Certified/Eligible (ABEM/AOBEM preferred; FM/IM with ACLS/ATLS accepted)
? Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
? Licensure: Active Louisiana License, DEA, and CS
