Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team. As an NCQA Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home , we are committed to delivering exceptional, comprehensive care while creating a supportive environment for both our patients and providers.
Our modern, state-of-the-art clinic features experienced providers, highly trained clinical support staff, and bilingual (English/Spanish) front office personnel to help ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care.

Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program
- Current Washington State physician license with full prescriptive authority
- Active DEA registration with no restrictions
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or applicable specialty)
- Candidates who are Board Eligible must obtain board certification within one (1) year of employment
